This website
Lu’Lu Diving Center (“we”) runs luludiving.com. The site has no cookies, no analytics and no advertising, and nothing you type on it is sent to us: the message helper on the contact page only writes a WhatsApp or email message, which you send yourself. We don’t build profiles or follow you around the web.
To work smoothly, the site keeps a few small notes in your own browser. They never leave your device and you can clear them at any time:
- The language you chose, so the site opens in it next time.
- Sardines on/off, the switch for the little fish that follow your cursor.
- Computer on/off, the switch that hides the dive computer beside the depth rail.
- Whether you’ve already seen our welcome message, so it doesn’t pop up again.
- For this visit only: whether you’ve already seen the loading animation and the sardines tip, and a flag for the bubble transition between pages.
The fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them safe.
When you contact us
When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we use what you send (your name, dates and diving experience) only to answer you and organise your dives.
On paperwork day you fill in the SSI training forms and a medical questionnaire. They’re needed for your safety and your certification.

Our tool “lulu-analytics”
Lu’Lu Diving Center operates the internal tool “lulu-analytics”.
What it does
lulu-analytics connects to YouTube with read-only permission to read the statistics of our own YouTube channel (views, watch time, and copyright claim status). It cannot upload, edit or delete anything.
What data we access
Only data about our own channel and videos, provided by the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API. We do not access data about any other user.
How we use and store it
The data is used only to measure how our own videos perform. It is stored on our own computer, is never sold, and is never shared with third parties.
Google API Services
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can also review the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
